• Half-Day Rate: Best for standard commercial properties, detailed interior projects, or a completed renovation for your design portfolio.

• Full-Day Rate: Reserved for large-scale developments or hospitality projects that also require a range of lighting from dawn to twilight photography.

For Architectural and Commercial Media, rates are determined by time-based day rates to ensure each project receives the focused attention it deserves. Travel expenses may also apply for projects outside the Twin Cities Metro. For standard real estate photography, I typically deliver the final, professionally retouched images within 24 to 48 hours. Complex architectural projects or shoots requiring extensive advanced blending and retouching may have a longer lead time, which we will discuss during the booking process.

As the photographer, I retain the copyright, which is standard in the architectural media industry. If other project partners—such as the architect, interior designer, or builder—wish to use the images for their own portfolios, I offer cost-sharing or third-party licensing options.
