Niagra Court Bathroom Remodel

This master bathroom remodel project in Maple Grove created a spa-like retreat with a complete transformation of every surface and fixture in the space.

The double vanity featured rich, dark walnut cabinetry that contrasted against the dramatic veining of the marble countertop. The stone had mitered edges creating a substantial appearance, with a matching tall linen cabinet providing floor-to-ceiling storage. Black-framed mirrors above each sink reflected natural light, while a geometric chevron light fixture added visual interest. The shower area featured small-format grey tiles in a grid pattern with a built-in niche for storage, rainfall showerhead, and handheld unit with brushed finishes.

The freestanding soaking tub was positioned near the windows to take advantage of natural light and views, with floor-to-ceiling curtains providing privacy when needed. The combination of dark wood cabinetry, dramatic marble, and grey tile created a sophisticated palette that transformed the utilitarian space into something more refined.
